By creating a GetInLine account or using our service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms over time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
GetInLine is a queue management platform that allows businesses to create virtual queues and customers to join them via QR code. We provide the software — we are not responsible for how businesses operate their physical queues or how they interact with their customers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately. You must be at least 16 years old to create a business account.

We aim to keep GetInLine available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions. If you rely on GetInLine for business-critical operations, have a backup plan.
GetInLine and its content, design, and software are owned by us. Using the service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of your business data (queue names, customer records tied to your queues).
GetInLine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost business, lost customers, or data loss.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
