Yes. Upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time. If you cancel, your plan features remain active until the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?+

Your first month is risk-free. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

How does billing work?+

Plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never store your card details.

How do staff logins work?+

Go to Settings → Staff, enter your staff member's email, and assign them to a location. They sign up with that email and are automatically added to your business.

What happens when my free plan hits the limits?+

You can create 1 queue and 1 location on the free plan. You'll be prompted to upgrade when you need more.
